Cornish College of the Arts

90% of Cornish Graduates have a job in the field that they majored in within 2 years of graduation.

All admitted students are considered for merit and need based scholarships provided by the College. More than 98% of Cornish students receive some form of scholarship from the College.

Cornish is able to assist students in connecting to internship opportunities through the industry relationships that our faculty members have due to their status as accomplished, working, professional artists. Cornish's alumni network is also very extensive; because of this internship opportunities also open up at companies and arts organizations that our alumni work at.

Hi Sarah, Great question. Cornish currently only offers undergraduate degree programs, as well as non-degree granting extensions programming for both youth & adult learners. Undergraduate Degrees include: BFAs in Animation, Art, Design, Film, Game Art, Illustration, Interaction Design (UX), Interior Architecture, Dance, Musical Theater, Acting & Original Works, and Performance Production; as well as a BM in Music, and BAs (for transfers with an AA or equivalent credits) in Art, Dance, Music, Film, and Performance Production.

Hi Sarah, Great question. The current tuition for the 2022-2023 school year is $35,314. This is just the sticker price though. Cornish offers financial assistance to undergraduate students using both merit-based and need-based aid. Each year, Cornish awards over $3.5 million in scholarships to students pursuing a bachelor’s degree, and all admitted students are automatically considered based on their application + portfolio/audition. Both U.S. citizens and international students are eligible for Cornish scholarships.

There are many members of the Cornish Community who identify as LGBTQIA+, and there are a number of Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) (and programs run though the Office of Student Life) on campus that support students who identify as LGBTQIA+.
