Does UNT Offer Scholarships?
UNT grants hundreds of scholarships every year to incoming freshmen and existing undergraduate students. These scholarships are awarded for academic merit, artistic talent, and athletic abilities.
Additionally, the University of North Texas is unique in that it offers multiple tuition payment plans for its undergraduate students. Texas residents can enroll in the Save and Soar Tuition Plan, which allows you to lock in your tuition rate over the next four years by paying a small premium at the start of your first semester.
Oklahoma residents also receive a special tuition plan that allows them to pay half the cost of out-of-state tuition. Finally, undergraduate students are able to pay each semester's tuition in installments rather than in one upfront payment. The variety of payment options available helps students pay for college at a rate and schedule that aligns with their budget.
