There are scholarships available to current students enrolled in a two or four year college and even students in graduate school. Apply early and often to increase your chances of securing scholarship aid.
Bold.org lists eligibility requirements on each individual scholarship page. For instance, one scholarship may be for a student attending a four year college while studying English, and another might be for a high school student planning to study biology.
In general, scholarships are not counted as income. However, there are some specific requirements that a scholarship must meet for this to be the case. Check out additional resources like the IRS page on scholarships to check on the status of your scholarship.
