Historically Black Colleges and Universities have a remarkable reputation as institutions that have shaped generations of innovators, entrepreneurs, scientists, educators, engineers, public servants, and trailblazers.

Despite historical barriers, HBCUs have consistently produced leaders whose ideas and determination have transformed industries and strengthened communities across the nation. Each class of students is responsible for continuing that tradition by demonstrating academic excellence, leadership, innovation, and a commitment to creating opportunities for others.

This scholarship seeks to celebrate the enduring legacy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities by supporting the next generation of proud HBCU graduates.

Any undergraduate freshman, sophomore, or junior at an HBCU with at least a 3.0 GPA may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they have leadership experience on campus. The ideal applicant demonstrates a strong commitment to their education while actively serving their campus or surrounding community through volunteerism, leadership, mentorship, student organizations, or other meaningful involvement. The strongest applicants embody the tradition of HBCUs by showing initiative, character, and a desire to create a lasting, positive impact for others.

To apply, tell us how your experience at an HBCU has shaped your values and ambitions and how you hope to continue this legacy.
