Kate Smith
This fund is dedicated to the Kelly O. Memorial Nursing Scholarship. Kelly O was highly skilled, eternally compassionate, and dedicated to serving others. Her smile lit the room, and her humor made the hard days easier. To help continue her legacy, a nursing scholarship has been established in her name, and we invite you to be part of this award. Please consider a gift of $50-$100, or more if you wish, to help a deserving student follow down the path in our friend's honor. Kelly O's short time here made a positive impact on so many patients lives and hopefully that can be carried out in perpetuity through this scholarship.

Timothy Hunter
The fund is being started to start an annual scholarship to celebrate and honor the life of Brandon Tyler Castinado. Brandon tragically took his life on New Year's Day after a very hard-fought battle with depression. Brandon was a soldier, who proudly served his country as a first lieutenant in the United States Army. He was a skilled Registered Nurse in the Surgical ICU at the University of Utah. Brandon was passionate about healthcare equality, especially in the LGBTQIA+ community. Brandon's gift to the world was his amazing energy, and ability to make anyone around him feel better. The Brandon Tyler Castinado Memorial Scholarship aims to honor and celebrate his life by supporting college students pursuing post-secondary education. Undergraduate and graduate students seeking a degree in all nursing fields would be eligible to apply. Military professionals and LGTBQIA+ members will be especially encouraged to apply.
