Smaller classes, more time with professors
the hill, outdated classrooms
The campus provides a lot of amazing opportunities and students will always find something for themselves.
If you are not used to a large campus it may take some time to get adjusted.
I enjoyed my time a lot there! I would recommend moving off campus after the first year, it saves a lot of money.
I didn’t like the dining hall food very much.
The scenery is nice and well as the smaller course sizes to get more one-on-one experience with the professors here. There are professors who challenged our learning in a good way. Overall, going to Penn State Behrend was the best decision for me.
Penn State Behrend is a smaller campus with few professors teaching the same courses. So the student's cannot pick and choose between professors or course times well for the software engineering major. There are a couple of professors that I've had that make the program difficult to learn.
I liked how much diversity there is there
I didn't like how little on-campus dining options there were
