Hopper's leadership skills, reliability, and willingness to confront danger head-on make him an ideal team member. His knowledge of the town and its history with the supernatural would provide valuable information on how to combat the new threat. Finally, Dustin Henderson brings a mix of intelligence, technical skills, and a unique perspective. His curiosity and expertise in radio technology, as seen in the show, could be a game changer when communicating with or understanding the supernatural threat.
