WHAT I LIKED

The campus is beautiful and most of the professors take time to get to know their students.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

One criticism of Cabrillo college would be the availability and quality of the academic counselors. Unfortunately, I felt that the counselors do not offer enough guidance in the process of applying to transfer to a CSU or UC.

WHAT I LIKED

I loved the atmosphere. The environment is overall positive and there is a sense of drive within every classroom.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

I didn't like how there weren't more transferable art degrees. I'm a film/media communications major so the only option I could take was to pursue a photography degree.

WHAT I LIKED

I appreciate the number of resources they have for students. Along with the diversity in age, race, and other backgrounds of students all around campus and online. The students are all great, everyone is nice and honest there. The staff is dedicated and even takes the extra time to ensure the class is on track. The resources they offer are a massive range so there is always going to be something for someone. They have a surplus amount of courses and majors, lacking a few but are still able to graduate and/or transfer from there. The views are spectacular, and the campus is grand!

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

There isn't much that certain staff members (such as professors) aren't too driven into their teachings. Asides from that, everything else is pretty great.
