Many Minnesota scholarships might just require that students be enrolled in a Minnesota college. Out-of-state Minnesota students can also find other general scholarships on Bold.org in order to expand their scholarship opportunities.
There are many scholarship awards that international students in Minnesota are eligible to apply to.
