If you are looking for a university where everyone treats you like family and is so loving and kind, this is the right university for you. The core requirement of philosophy makes students of any major, even STEM, more capable of critical thinking about any subject, a natural act, and more well-rounded. The university is very good at improving social skills through much involvement, in many required activities.
There should be more of an array of ways of teaching from different professors, because once the way one teacher teaches makes me fail, there is no second option or another teacher to sign up for next time. There is just one teacher for that required course I need.
The professors I had were generally very helpful. Since the class sizes are small they get to know their students better and create deeper connections.
The dining halls have very limited choices of food.
An ethical Catholic Private school! You learn so much with great professors.
There is nothing negative to talk about at this school! It is a great school.
The University of St Thomas is a small private school that offers numerous and endless opportunities for students to thrive and get out of their comfort zone. I truly do love my school, and it has helped me out in what I wanted to do for my future career path by being able to build connections and network with many individuals. The school has many events that offer free food, merch, games, and prizes. The events are always usually free, and if there is a cost, no more than $10. They always think about the students and how to make their college experience easier, more exciting, and smoother.
Something I don't usually like about St. Thomas and tend to complain about is its database. When I do research papers, I struggle to find adequate sources. Also, the cost of their dining food is too high for commuters.
