My favorite thing about Roger Williams University is its push for experiential learning, which means there are plenty of opportunities to acquire experience in your field and outside. I think this is a huge benefit of going to RWU and will greatly help to secure and succeed in future jobs.
While this school is very liberal compared to others, it’s still not perfect, which no place could be, but there definitely could be improvements made. There are plenty of student clubs and organizations within the university which strive to make these improvements, and taking part in said clubs and organizations is a great way to take a part in making the university a better place for everyone.
The admissions officers are supportive and caring. They are to give a student personal attention.
If admitted he/she will automatically be considered for a merit based scholarship
Everyone values social issues and the importance of treating others right.
Walking from willow is kinda far but not too far to campus.
I appreciate the experiences that I had at Roger Williams University as they encouraged the development of my relationship with myself and this prepared me for graduate school.
All prospective students should ensure that they are familiar with COVID-related protocols as they have influenced life at this university.
The community at Roger Williams is great. There are lots of opportunities to get involved in extracurriculars as well as leadership positions, which are great ways to meet other students with different interests and backgrounds. The academic programs are also very strong, and the professors are great at working with students to create balances between academics and extracurriculars, so students can make the most out of their college experience.
Don't be fooled by the nice waterfront campus - it's great in the fall and spring, but the winter can get pretty cold and windy!!
The friends I have made and the activities I have participated in.
