WHAT I LIKED

I like how passionate the art teachers are. They give you the freedom to create but also stay in line with the assignment given.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

I wish there were more options to choose from for art classes. Some classes would only have one section per semester.

WHAT I LIKED

The biggest pro was the amount of money I saved attending CCRI for two years before transferring to a university. Cons included sometimes poor quality professors and poor community, making it difficult to create new friends and connections.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

Lack of STEM community, lack of socializing, the occasional poor quality professor.

WHAT I LIKED

CCRI is a great college because in my experience gives students the opportunity to study things that will be more difficult in other places. Also, this college as a 2 years school had the resources to open doors for students to what they want to become in life. For example, I want to be a successful architect and they provide me the tools to get true my dream by bringing me the right degree program, providing me with great Advisers and student resources, and helping out with transfers to a 4-year school. In other words, CCRI is what you may need to open your doors to possibilities of your carrier success.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

There are some things that CCRI had to improve in the future. First, in my experience, the Liston Campus which is the principal campus of CCRI is not as technological as the other campuses are and do not provide sometimes what the student needs. Also, It is sometimes an uncomfortable fact that CCRI has campuses far away from each other and some classes from some mayors are taking different campuses. This is uncomfortable for the students whose doesn't know how to drive or don't have much time to go from one campus to the other for different classes. However, keep in mind that unless this thing they have to improve if this doesn't bother you, it is an excellent place to start archiving your professional dreams.
