WHAT I LIKED

I loved the size of the campus. It wasn’t too big or too small. Very nice students and staff which made learning so much more fun.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

Cal Lu is farther away from gas stations, stores, and restaurants. It is a bit of a drive to get to places.

The teachers are amazing!

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

The business emphasis have little options for the classes.

WHAT I LIKED

Cal Lu is a small school, but it promotes strong values and great memories. The teachers are kind and want you to do your best. All the students are great people and help you to grow as a student. We also have great athletics!

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

There isn't a high social life on campus. Even though the area is close to many California attractions, there isn't a ton of on-campus activities.

WHAT I LIKED

I love the small class sizes. It seems a little awkward at first with how few people there might be in a class but getting to interact with your professors regularly is a big help when it comes to your classes.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

When it comes to controversies and blatant scandals involving students, the school is slow to act at times. Thankfully student organizations also keep faculty and the school itself accountable.
