I'd love to award scholarships to many recipients across different fields (e.g., engineering, arts, business, humanities, etc.) to demonstrate the breadth of access to higher education for these students of Caribbean backgrounds. I'd start with denominations of $1000 per awardee. Depending on the growth of the fund, we'll look to increase the number of winners or the amount awarded. Ultimately, the goal is to increase access to higher education for many each year.
