WHAT I LIKED

UWLAX has a great education program in my eyes. They have interesting and engaging courses with professors who care about the things they're teaching. While I've only experienced the campus while the pandemic has been happening, it has been an overall good experience. My largest complaints have to be the availability of food. Many food vendors closed and haven't opened back up and also the hours that some vendors have aren't accommodating. I also don't like how some buildings have been built before some have been renovated.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

UWLAX definitely cares about athletics which is difficult when you aren't a student-athlete because their budget often goes towards that instead of renovating old buildings. They also are a predominantly white campus and could be doing more to help students from marginalized identities.

WHAT I LIKED

The University of Wisconsin La Crosse is an excellent university with outstanding programs in the field of physical education. The social life and the community of the school are fantastic and make for the perfect college experience while receiving a quality education.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

The only thing I did not love was the dorms, this is not because the dorms are bad, it was just that the dorm life is not for me, but if it's for you the dorms at the university are nice and make a good living experience.
