Concordia University-Wisconsin has a family aspect to the campus. It is not a small school, but it is not a larger campus either. I personally know most of the people in my classes due to always seeing them in the halls and talking with each other. Concordia has so many social activities they put on like Brewers games, Bucks games, and trips to the Dells water park. The workers at CUW are always incredibly friendly and will always put a smile on your face when they talk to you!
The food gets old. Just like any other campus, we have been served a lot of the same meals in the dining hall.
As an education major at CUW, I generally enjoy attending my classes and the environment in the dorms with friends. The food is alright, sometimes good, sometimes not that good. But the academics for education are pretty good in my opinion. All the professors are very understanding and enjoyable to learn from. Most of the classes incorporate faith and religion into their courses. There are religion courses offered and some required to take, but they're not terrible. If you want to further your journey in your faith, this is a great place to go, but also a good one for those who have some faith and would like to learn more. Some classes aren't as intensive with the religious aspect but do connect our vocation with our journey of faith. It is on the expensive side, but there are many scholarships to help out. Overall, I would recommend this place to those who are interested in the faith aspect and their education courses are great too!
Honestly, the food aspect is probably the one part that I would make better. And there are plenty of debates throughout the school about the diversity and representation on campus.
