Grady Reese was a 1993 Lakeville graduate. Sadly, Grady passed away in a motorcycle accident in 2021.  Grady was a loving brother and a world renowned stock photographer who had a love for his family, community and a passion for his craft.

To honor his memory, his sister Megan Reese, who teaches in Lakeville, started a scholarship for students at Lakeville North High School.

This scholarship seeks to support seniors attending Lakeville North High School in Minnesota who are looking to continue their education through college or trade school.

Any high school senior at Lakeville North High School may apply for this scholarship.

To apply, submit one or two photos you’ve taken that represent you.

I have always had a huge side passion for photography since I’ve been young. It has been a huge blessing to travel to many beautiful places with my family and take some beautiful shots that I’ve taken. These are two fantastic shots I took in Hawaii. If you have any questions about them feel free to ask me and I’d be happy to explain more and show more pictures I have take from my trips. I heard about this scholarship from my football coach Vossen, and with some pretty unlucky rejections from my previous scholarships I thought anything helps. I plan on going to UMD this fall for sales, and I’m going to be working as much as I can to gain the money for school. Photography is always a good way for me to relax and enjoy a good world. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me back, it would be a huge blessing to receive this scholarship for my future.
