Everett J. Collins, Jr. Music Scholarship
Everett J. Collins Jr. was a beloved father who worked passionately as a music educator for forty-six years.
Everett played professionally with popular music groups such as the Isley Brothers and R&B Group Surface. Even after retirement, Mr. Collins still taught music privately in his music school in Virginia and also in his home. Music had an incredible impact on Everett’s life and the lives of his family members.
This scholarship seeks to support students who share Everett’s love for music as they pursue higher education.
