Underrepresented minority students face even more challenges due to discrimination, lack of community, and systemic barriers.

This scholarship aims to honor the life of Xavier M. Monroe by supporting underrepresented students on their path to higher education.

Any African American high school or undergraduate student may apply for this scholarship, but first-generation applicants are preferred.
