Old Florida Vibes is all about the crossroads of art and protecting wild Florida through conservation and protection of our native flora and fauna.
The OFV team not only wants to help ensure our public lands remain wild for future generations, but to encourage others to pursue an education in environmentally-oriented fields. This is important to us because we have personally seen the decline in local native ecosystems, flora and fauna, and believe that by increasing awareness the next generation of conservationists can get to work.
This scholarship seeks to support students exploring studies in art activism, environmental communications, climate change, water quality, wildlife conservation, wild land management, and recreation so that they can achieve their goals and make a difference in the earth’s protection.
Any high school, undergraduate or graduate student, who is a Florida resident, may apply for this scholarship if they’re pursuing a career or degree in environmental conservation, wildlife management, activism, or a related field.
