Today’s students should be encouraged to actively ask the difficult questions that require answers in order to liberate themselves from oppressive systems that hold historically marginalized people back.

Students who are creative in their approach to personal liberation and those whose personal journeys influence their approach to liberatory inquiry are ideal candidates for financial assistance so they can complete their degrees and leave a larger mark on the world.

Any female-identifying womxn who is an African American, Jewish, or Latinx at the undergraduate or graduate student level may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they want to further the cause of social justice.  Applicants who are doing social justice work through their field of study or through an outside project are preferred.

To apply, submit your response to the essay prompt below. Your response can take the form of a written question or a short video that includes your question (3 minutes max.) Be bold and creative with your questions!
