Learning about different countries, cultures, and people around the world allows us to celebrate diversity and be more understanding of differences.
In addition, cultural exploration leads to compassion, increased love for others, and a broadening of one’s mind. Traveling is one of the best ways to become immersed in other communities, but it often comes at a high price.
This scholarship seeks to support students who are passionate about traveling and enriching their lives by learning about other cultures.
Any undergraduate or graduate student who is interested in traveling and learning more about other cultures may apply for this scholarship.
To apply, tell us how travel can be transformative and how exposure to other cultures and perspectives can spur growth and development.
Explain how travel can be a transformative experience for individuals. Discuss the ways in which exposure to different cultures, perspectives, and environments can lead to personal growth and development.
The application deadline is Mar 13, 2024. Winners will be announced on Apr 13, 2024.

Award checks will be sent to the financial aid office of the winner's academic institution in their name to be applied to their tuition, and in the name of their institution (depending on the school's requirements). If the award is for a qualified educational non-tuition expense, we will work with the winner directly to distribute the award and make sure it goes towards qualified expenses.
Before we award the scholarship, the winner will be required to confirm their academic enrollment status. Depending on the circumstances, verification of Student ID and/or their most recent transcript will be required.
