You do not need to provide medical documentation or detailed health information. Just a simple statement in your own words is requested. You can share how this experience has shaped your outlook, resilience, or creative journey, but the main purpose of this question is to have you self-attest and confirm your eligibility for this scholarship.

Option 1: Tell us about a moment when writing helped you see yourself or the world differently. How has the act of writing, whether creative, academic, or personal, helped you navigate change, challenge, or growth in your life?

Option 2: Resilience often begins quietly, with creativity, courage, or curiosity. Describe a time when you used your voice or imagination to move forward, inspire others, or reimagine what’s possible for yourself.
