As high school graduates assess their future plans, college is often always a part of the discussion. The benefits of college offer students access to more diverse professions as well as higher income. It is an opportunity for individuals to better themselves and advance their aspirations.

Unfortunately, as the cost of college rises dramatically in comparison to the average household income, many low-income students are discouraged from pursuing higher education. It has led to a disparity as those from more affluent backgrounds are fortunate enough to excel their education.

This disparity calls for more encouragement and support for youth to obtain a postsecondary degree. In honor of Cleadieais and Dianna, this scholarship will support low-income high school students from South Carolina that are driven to succeed and grow using their education.

There are many ways I plan on having a positive impact on the world through my college career. By assisting individuals in obtaining the justice they require and deserve, I hope to have a positive impact on the world with the skills I obtain from earning my degrees. In addition, I want to teach younger kids and adults who want to work in the industry I chose. I firmly believe that advocacy and education are effective means of fostering a society that is more just and equitable, and I am dedicated to using my abilities and knowledge to improve the lives of others. I hope to inspire the following generation of changemakers and contribute to a better future for everyone by fusing my love of justice and persuasion with my desire to teach. This will have a positive ripple effect on the present and the future. I want to be the vision for the next generation, and I want them to understand that they can become what they want to be even without the right connections or resources, as long as they have the passion and determination to make a difference. Through my advocacy and education efforts, I aim to empower individuals and communities to create lasting change and build a more equitable world for all. By instilling a sense of responsibility and empathy in the younger generation, I hope to create a world where people are more aware of the impact they have on others and the environment. My goal is to create a world where everyone has equal opportunities and access to resources, regardless of their background or circumstances. This is important because most people feel as if they won't be able to progress with their future simply because of their socioeconomic status, race, or gender. It is crucial to break down these barriers and create a society where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential. With my positive impact on the world, we will be able to grow prosperous and live in a world where people are judged based on their abilities and not their circumstances. I want to instill independence and self-confidence in individuals who have been marginalized and empower them to pursue their dreams without limitations. By doing so, we can create a more equitable and just society for all. With my college career and skills, I want to help the world grow more wealthy and less challenging for marginalized groups by providing them with access to the resources that will enable them to break the cycle of poverty and achieve their full potential. Ultimately, my goal is to inspire others to join me in this mission and create a ripple effect of positive change in our communities and beyond.
