Mirajur Rahman Self Expression Scholarship Fund

Mirajur Rahman was born in Bangladesh and moved to America at the age of 7. In Bangladesh, his family faced many challenges. Coming to America afforded his family new opportunities. Through his pursuit of education in America, he was able to overcome obstacles. As someone who has experienced poverty, Mirajur is inspired to financially help others by aiding in their pursuit of education and their dreams. Mirajur has been fighting student debt for first generation students since February 2021. In that time, he has created multiple scholarships, aiding students on their educational journeys.

This scholarship fund will support first generation college students who have overcome obstacles and plan to pursue higher education.
