Gay's Den Scholar Award Fund

Tamra Fitzgerald has been fighting student debt since March 2022, providing for students who are a part of the LGBTQ+ community. She advocates for LGBQT+ youth through philanthropy and expression via sports, education, and poetry. She works to empower everyone to be their authentic and unapologetic selves by encouraging the creation of safe spaces, open discussions, and transparent education. By giving support to students who identify as LGBTQ+, Tamra is able to provide more opportunities for students.

The mission of this fund is to empower low-income, first-generation, LGBQT+, and minority students to become resilient, life-long learners.
