Our story

After a fierce battle with mental illness and addiction, Katelynn Berry passed away at the age of twenty-six. The responsibilities and difficulties of pursuing higher education can become far more challenging for people battling addiction or mental illness. As a way to raise awareness for mental health and addiction, Glenn and Carla Couture have helped empower students going through these challenges as well as serve as a voice for mental health and addiction. Psychological well-being is important, especially for students who are still learning and growing, so the Coutures are helping students succeed and overcome their personal challenges.

Our goal

This scholarship fund exists to honor the life and legacy of Katelynn Berry by spreading awareness about mental illnesses and addiction.
