Steven Ligoci Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Steven Ligoci Memorial Scholarship was created to honor Steven “Steve” Ligoci’s life accomplishments, work ethic, generosity, and lasting impact that he left behind. In one of the happiest and most fulfilling chapters of Steve’s life, he was taken far too soon, leaving behind his loving partner, two children, and a community that knew how much of himself he gave to others. While we cannot change the fact that his life was cut short, we can make sure his name, his values, and the impact he made continue to live on. Steve was an incredibly hard worker who built his life around the skilled trades, helping countless people through his knowledge, time, and willingness to show up whenever someone needed him. He gave so much to the companies he worked for, freelance business customers, friends, family, and members of our community, and believed in taking pride in what he did and using his strengths to help others. Steve especially valued the people who recognized what he brought to the table, appreciated his efforts, and never took his loyalty, generosity, or hard work for granted. This scholarship was created so those values can continue making a difference. Each year, The Steven Ligoci Memorial will support a hardworking and driven student who demonstrates dedication to their goals, helps others in their community, and may need financial assistance to continue their education or career path. Our hope is to continue sharing Steve’s name and allow him, in his own way, to keep giving back for years to come. Through this fund, his legacy can continue opening doors for students, and creating opportunities for others long after his passing. Steve’s loving partner, children, and family are incredibly grateful to everyone who had the opportunity to experience his work ethic firsthand. We deeply value the lasting impact he made on so many business owners, coworkers, and members of his community, and we are thankful to everyone who continues to remember, honor, and carry forward the example he set and the values he worked so hard to achieve.
