Heart of Service Scholarship Fund – In Memory of Officer Katelyn Tully

Katelyn Tully was an incredible officer who left behind a legacy of kindness, dedication, and service to others. Katelyn embodied what it meant to protect and serve—not only through her badge, but through her compassion for the community she loved. She brought integrity, leadership, and heart to her work every day, inspiring others to follow in her footsteps and make the world a better, safer, and more caring place. This fund will be used to create a scholarship that seeks to honor the incredible career and life of Katelyn Tully by supporting students who share her commitment to helping others.
