The Forever Blake Memorial Scholarship Fund honors the life and legacy of Blake Alan Klobuchar, who tragically lost his life in a plane crash at the age of 20 while working as an aerial surveyor. Though his life was cut short, Blake lived a life full of adventure, energy, laughter, and meaningful connections. The impact he made in his short time will live on. Blake was known for his positivity, humor, encouragement, and remarkable ability to bring people together. He had a genuine gift for making others feel welcome and valued. A friend to people of all ages and backgrounds, he brought enthusiasm and encouragement to his communities. He never felt the need to fit a mold or be anyone other than himself. Uniquely and unapologetically Blake, he inspired others to embrace who they are and make the most of life. This scholarship is intended to honor Blake’s memory by supporting students who demonstrate the qualities that Blake exemplified throughout his life.
