Our story

Everett J Collins Jr. was a music educator for 46 years, played professionally with popular music groups the Isley Brothers and R&B Group Surface. Even after retirement Mr. Collins still taught music privately in his music school in Virginia and also in his home.

Our goal

We would like to support a high school senior or current college student who want to major in the area of music; under all concentrations (education, therapy, performance, composition etc).

In honor of Mr. Everett Collins who instilled a love of music in my kids at an early age. They went on to play instruments through college and the positive impact that music, and Mr. Collins, had on their lives cannot be overstated. I am eternally grateful that he was a part of our lives. Thank you, Mr. Collins. We love you.
