Our goal
The DOME Scholarship fund began with a seed grant of $1000 from the Journal of Operations Management, to support the first of the scholars to be awarded. However, the fund's impact is far broader than any one research journal or school; It has bearing on the advancement of the Operations Management field and its community of scholars as a whole, as well as the future of the field's impact. Our goal is to raise the awareness of opportunities to pursue PhDs in OM across as wide a range of prospective scholars as possible. From the seeds we plant together, we can support a thriving ecosystem of scholarly growth.
