Dear Stephanie, I want to sincerely thank you for awarding me the Young Women in STEM Scholarship. Receiving this honor fills me with excitement and a deep sense of gratitude. Your generosity helps relieve the financial pressures of my education, allowing me to focus even more on my studies in computer science at Southern New Hampshire University and my goal to advance in fields like software development and artificial intelligence engineering. As a first-generation college student, being able to pursue higher education — and even set my sights on graduate school — means so much to me and my family. I'm passionate about how technology can be harnessed to enrich and improve lives, especially through AI's potential in healthcare and medical research. Your support brings me one step closer to making a real difference in these areas. It’s truly inspiring to know that you are dedicated to empowering young women like me to pursue an education and career in STEM, particularly those of us who might not otherwise have the means. Your belief in our potential motivates me to keep striving and to one day help others achieve their dreams as well. Thank you so much for your kindness and faith in my journey. I’m incredibly grateful for your support, and I look forward to making the most of this opportunity. Thank you, Dymea Schippers

Dear Stephanie, I want to sincerely thank you for selecting me as a recipient of the Young Women in STEM Scholarship. It truly means a lot to me to know that my efforts and aspirations are being recognized and supported by someone who shares my passion for empowering young women in technology. Your generous support lifts a huge weight off my shoulders and gives me the freedom to focus more deeply on my studies in computer science. As the first daughter and a first-generation college student in my African family, I’ve faced many challenges, but this scholarship helps me push forward and continue breaking new ground. Thank you again for believing in my potential. Your kindness and vision have made a profound difference in my journey, and I hope one day I can pay it forward to others. Thank you, Onahi Joel-Ukama

Dear Stephanie, I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for being selected as a recipient of the Young Women in STEM Scholarship. As a college student, this support is incredibly meaningful. It not only eases my financial burdens but also plays a significant role in my academic journey and future aspirations. Being chosen for this scholarship is more than just an honor; it’s a powerful reminder that there are people who believe in students like me and are willing to invest in our growth. Your generosity allows me to devote more time and focus to my studies, my professional development, and the projects I’m passionate about. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Benedict College, with a minor in Cyber Security. I’ve had the opportunity to develop practical skills through experiences such as interning at Finastra, where I worked with C#, XML, and testing frameworks and participating in the SURI Research Program, where I explored machine learning and data prediction using Python. I’m also working on mobile applications designed to help fellow students and small businesses succeed. Your commitment to empowering young women in technology and cybersecurity is truly inspiring. It motivates me to continue striving toward excellence and to one day give back in the same way you have given to me. Thank you again for your kindness and belief in my potential. This opportunity is a pivotal step in both my academic and professional journey, and I will carry this support with me every step of the way. With sincere appreciation, Nickola Simpson
