Dear Mann Family, I'm incredibly grateful to be selected for the David Mann Memorial Scholarship. This award means so much to me, both as financial aid and as a profound honor. I'm glad to have learned about David Mann through this scholarship, and I feel privileged to contribute to his legacy of generosity. Your support eases my financial responsibilities, allowing me to concentrate on my Fire Science studies without added stress. I’m working toward earning my bachelor’s degree so I can become a wildland firefighter, and this scholarship brings me one step closer to that dream. David Mann’s commitment to helping others and your family’s ongoing dedication to supporting future firefighters inspire me deeply. I’m motivated to give back to my community and to uphold the values that this scholarship represents. Thank you for your kindness and for making a real difference in my journey. Thank you, Brodey Tinsman

Dear Mann Family, I'm truly honored and grateful to be chosen as the recipient of the David Mann Memorial Scholarship. Knowing that this award is given in memory of someone as giving as David Mann means a great deal to me, especially as I pursue a path in emergency medical services. Receiving this scholarship helps me tremendously by easing some of the financial pressures of my education. With this support, I can dedicate more energy to my studies and training, without having to worry so much about tuition, and continue staying active through calisthenics, which keeps me sharp both physically and mentally for the challenges that come with EMS work. My fascination with neuroscience drives me to understand how different life experiences and environments shape people, not only for academic curiosity (and for the sake of my jokes landing with more folks), but also to better relate to those I’ll help in the field. I deeply appreciate this opportunity to carry on David Mann’s legacy, using both my brain and my brawn to serve others in emergencies, just as he did. Your generosity inspires me to give my best and, one day, support others on their journeys. Thank you for believing in students like me and for honoring David Mann’s memory through your kindness. You're the Mann! (sorry) Aden Cisneros
