Our goal
In honor of David Mann, a dedicated father and compassionate community member, this scholarship fund has been established to support individuals pursuing careers in firefighting and emergency medical services (EMS).
David’s unwavering commitment to helping others, his strong work ethic, and his deep sense of duty to his community are qualities that continue to inspire all who knew him. Through this scholarship, we aim to support the next generation of first responders who embody the same selflessness, bravery, and determination that David exemplified in his own life.
This scholarship is awarded annually to a student committed to serving others, who demonstrates a passion for public safety, and aspires to make a difference as a firefighter or EMT.
May David’s legacy live on through the courageous individuals who receive this scholarship, carrying forward his spirit of service and compassion for others.

The one and only real cowboy we ever knew would want to continue to help others!! He was that kind of man! We will forever remember his infamous, “YEE HAW!”
