Garner was a magical place for me, a school that I have my fondest memories. Miss Ryan was a big part of my happiness there at Garner. She worked hard not only for the students but for the reputation of the school. I wanted this scholarship to honor Miss Ryan in way that she deserved! I also wanted the scholarship to be awarded not on GPA but on the sincere plea of a student that is pulling all strings to advance their life.
