Dr. Clarence Flanigan Jr. was a dual-licensed physician who spent his career attending to the underserved in both Georgia and South Carolina. He was a family practitioner for 20 years, and later practiced as an Emergency Room physician for more than 20 years. Dr. Flanigan was a life-long learner and had a thirst for knowledge.
