Winning this scholarship was life-changing for me. This summer, I faced many stressful situations that compounded one another. I wondered if I could continue on my academic journey despite all the stress and negativity I was trying to manage and overcome. Then, I won the National Healthcare Heroes Grant for Nurses, to my joy and surprise. As a nurse, winning this scholarship made me feel valued, and as a student, it allowed me to continue my academic pursuits. I extend my deepest gratitude to Breandan Beneschott. Your support has truly made a lasting impact on my life for the good.
