My hope is to be a first-generation college student and athletic trainer for professional female athletes, I have a genuine passion for community service and women's empowerment. Growing up, my motivation has been to become a role model for young African-American girls who want to break barriers in sports. I feel that representation does indeed matter, and my experiences thus far have been to pave the way for the next generation with confidence to follow their dreams. I look forward to serving my community, promoting women's empowerment, and advocating for representation through sports. Any financial assistance I receive will help further my path to becoming an athletic trainer and, one day, a role model for future generations. Thank you.
