The time is now to build and invest within ourselves. With the pandemic putting us all in the house with our thoughts, it gives us time to be creative and expansive in our images. For me, it gave me a chance to be creative in the business I aspire to build while cultivating hobbies like poetry. My business deals with increasing awareness of how to better your health through exercises as well as stretching. To build this business, I have been focusing in college on what I can do to better my approach. Being a Kinesiology Major has helped me understand the human body along with the most common reason people are becoming susceptible to injury. A common injury is from sitting down for a prolonged period of time causing lower back pain. I am currently interning with the sports teams at Penn state to better understand the ways to improve the ability of clients that have injuries like these and to prevent them in the future. The more efficient the training the better the quality of life will be specialized to each person. With this, I aim to build my business into a place where people can become their best selves in mind and body.
