I am a determined and passionate individual who is never afraid to fail and always ready to learn from their shortcomings. I always aim to establish myself as a role model who strives to inspire those around me to be the best they can be. As a queer person of color, my life goal has always been to be the role model that I never got to see in science and day to day life. So, I have adopted the belief that no matter where I go, I know that the amount I can contribute is never limited to a title nor what position I hold in the moment but is instead only stifled by my willingness and passion to succeed.
