Bio

First-generation Construction Management student at San Jose City College (3.87 GPA) tracking to transfer to San Jose State University. Raised around the trades in Gilroy, CA, I am focused on the precision of electrical systems, working toward my Electrical Trainee (ET) card, and securing my C-10 and Class B licenses. My mission is to launch a commercial construction operations business to improve Bay Area building infrastructure, manage large-scale regional projects, and create local trade jobs. Scholarships will directly fund my extensive campus commute and professional field tools.

    • Dream career goals:

My ultimate goal is to launch and operate a commercial construction operations business in the Bay Area as a licensed C-10 and Class B contractor. I want to use my education to manage large-scale infrastructure projects, create stable jobs within my community, and mentor the next generation of young people entering the skilled trades.

    • Worked with experienced tradesmen on residential jobsites to help with installations, and maintain safety protocols. I was responsible for organizing tools, managing material inventory, and helping the crew finish projects on schedule.

Community Trade Assistance — I volunteered doing minor home repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and safety upgrades for low-income and elderly residents. This allowed me to apply my classroom skills to real-world situations while giving back.
