Hello, I'm Selina (Xiaoyu)! I'm an undergraduate student from Camas, WA at the University of Pennsylvania studying Environmental Science and Computer Science. Growing up around areas from Singapore to the Pacific Northwest, I've always been interested in understanding and addressing environmental issues. I am equally interested in the potentials of innovative technology such as in machine learning, climate modeling, etc. to support research and development of interdisciplinary solutions. I hope to work in climate tech or some other capacity bridging engineering and sustainability. You can also always find me at the piano, making paper sculptures, writing creative nonfiction, and reading in three languages!
