My name is Willow Tucker, and for as long as I can remember, cars have been my passion. I inherited my love for them from my father, who introduced me to the automotive world at an early age. Tragically, he passed away from cancer when I was just nine years old; and in the wake of his loss, my enthusiasm for cars faded. Our shared love for automobiles had always been a special bond between us; and after his passing, it became too painful to continue. That situation changed a few years ago during a trip to Las Vegas. Seeing a Lamborghini Huracán reignited something in me—a reminder of how much I truly loved cars. That moment rekindled my passion and inspired me to pursue a career in automotive. Since then, I have immersed myself in the world of cars as much as possible—attending car meets, working at a racetrack, and modifying my own vehicle. Any chance I get, I surround myself with cars, eager to learn and grow in this field. Currently, I am preparing to graduate in just a few months. I have set ambitious goals and am fully committed to achieving them through dedication and hard work. I will study at Lincoln College of Technology, where I will build a strong foundation for my career in automotive. To manage my living expenses, I will be sharing a place with three friends, allowing us to split costs evenly and maintain financial stability. While in school, I plan to gain hands-on experience by working as a car salesperson. This role will not only provide valuable industry insights but also help me develop customer service and sales skills. Beyond my academic and professional commitments, my best friend and I are launching a YouTube channel dedicated to cars. We plan to share engaging content, including our own car modifications, vlogs from car meets, and interactions with the automotive community. As the channel grows and generates revenue, our long-term vision is to expand into car customization sales—offering services such as wrapping, tinting, detailing, and pinstriping. Eventually, we hope to incorporate body kits, exhaust work, and more, turning our passion into a thriving business. I dream of building a car collection, much like The Hamilton Collection, featuring a diverse range of high-performance and exotic vehicles. Beyond personal fulfillment, I want to use this collection to connect with others who share my passion. Ultimately, my goal is to establish an exclusive car club, similar to Clutch Supply LA, where enthusiasts can come together, network, and celebrate car culture through organized events, rallies, and community-driven initiatives. My job as a car salesperson will not only provide income but also teach me valuable financial and business skills essential for my future endeavors I understand that success is built on persistence, a strong mindset, and learning. By staying focused on my goals, working hard, and seizing every opportunity, I am confident that I will turn my passion into a meaningful and successful career in the automotive industry.

March 6. 2017 was one of the hardest days of my life. From a young age my father always smoked cigarettes. When I say he smoked, he probably went through 3-4 packs a week. My father was my best friend, he taught me everything I know. I am studying to be an automotive technician because he introduced me to the world of cars. Unfortunately in 2016, he got diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer. As a little girl I didn't really understand what was going on. He got very sick, he had a trache, he would go for chemo and radiation every week to experienced doctors. No matter what happened though, he never stopped smoking. Of course the cancer got worse because he refused to stop smoking. I remember March 4th, was the last day I saw him. My mom and him were separated. Even she came with for our last visit ( I wasn't aware that this would be my last time seeing my dad.) For some reason I really didn't want to leave, my mom had to drag me out of the house because I really refused to leave. Monday, March 6, 2017, I was in fourth grade. I remember being weirded out about the fact my aunt picked me up from school because she never did that. I got in her car and we went home and my mom was teary eyed. My aunt, mom, and stepfather all sat me down on the couch. I remember what my aunt was wearing and everything. They told me my dad passed and i just cried and ran away. It was single handedly worst day of my life. Handling the death was difficult, but it helped me learn and shape me into the person I am today. I became so much closer with my mom's part of the family. My mother and I are now best friends, I love having a good relationship with her. When my dad was around I would always be around him more. I learned a lot with the grieving process, It doesn't hurt anymore, the death still sucks though. I am carrying on his legacy because I am also goign to school to work on cars, just like he did. I think he would be very happy with where I am going with my life. I just want to do something that would make him proud. I think i'm doing a good job.
