I earned my Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health Sciences from the University of California, San Diego, graduating in June 2024 with Provost Honors. My academic and clinical interests focus on health equity, pediatric care, and improving outcomes for underserved populations. My experience includes supporting tobacco cessation and preventive health outreach at UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center and Kick It California, as well as coordinating patient care workflows as a Clinical Administrative Assistant at Kaiser Permanente. I also have seven years of experience as a Pediatric Oncology Camp Counselor, supporting children and families affected by cancer in a medically supervised camp setting. I will begin the master's entry program in nursing (MEPN) at the University of California, Irvine this fall. My long-term goals are to become a pediatric oncology nurse, work in survivorship care, and grow into nursing leadership and case management roles focused on improving continuity of care for vulnerable populations.
