I am a second-year PhD student in Engineering Education and a master's student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University. I earned my Bachelor of Engineering from Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Nigeria, and my Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Air Force Institute of Technology. I worked with Dangote Cement PLC, Obajana Plant, Nigeria, in various engineering roles for 13 years. My area of interest is specifically on how we are preparing Engineering Students for leadership, which is one of the professional skills, and I am also interested in whether early-career engineers' undergraduate teamwork experience builds their leadership self-efficacy.
