Disney has always been a family favorite for my family. We never bought tickets ourselves simply because of money but we were given tickets quite a few times from our pastor, or fun raffles my dad entered. My favorite thing about Disney has always been the old cartoons and movies. I loved seeing all of that childlike fun at the Disney theme parks. Whenever I rewatch something like Cars or see one of my younger relatives watching a Disney movie I used to watch, It reminds me of the happiest moments I had at Disney. The Radiator Springs racers ride has always been a favorite ride of mine. I love the fact that Disney has the whole Cars section in California Adventure. Before visiting the Cars section of the park, I was never that interested in Cars, It just wasn't always an interesting movie to me. I remember the day I walked into California Adventure for the first time and saw Cars Land, I went from not finding it entertaining because I didn't like the movie to realizing it was one of my favorite places in all of the Disney Parks ( minus Pirates of The Caribbean). After visiting the Cars Land and eventually getting on Radiator Springs Racers, My love for Cars grew immensely. I went back to my hotel that night non-stop talking about The Cars Land and asking my parents to watch The Cars movie. It was around 12:30 in the morning so I didn't end up watching it that night but I did get to watch it the next morning. It became a movie that made me happy and I genuinely enjoyed watching it. A couple of months ago, I went over to my grandma's house for Easter and went to go see what my 4-year-old cousin was watching. I got so excited when I saw that he was watching Cars. I asked him about cars and he told me it was HIS FAVORITE movie! I was happy to hear that because it made me remember all the good times I had when I first discovered my love for cars. so I was happy to see him discovering his love for the movies. The way his face lit up when he started telling me all about the movie made me smile and get excited. It has always been one of my favorite things to watch my younger family members continue on with the love of the old Disney that my parents instilled in me!
