I currently work with a security team at our local hospital. I want to be able to continue my education to give back to my community. This security team is amazing in many ways, they are leading by example. They have ensured to patient that we are compassionate, empathetic, honest, has integrity, and let's feel a little more safe. By being able to continue my education, I have an opportunity to learn the business from the inside, and ensure that we are creating this same environment for generations to come. Ensuring that they have the same leadership that makes up great as a team as well. I want to see how far I can go, learn as much as I can and help us to improve our company ten fold. I believe when you put your mind to something, you can accomplish anything. I believe that we have to continue to try at new things, take a leap of faith and trust your instincts. All of these things are essential to make you more rounded. I chose to go back to school at an older age, because I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it. When I was being told by many people that I couldn't. I even had some businesses tell me that I was wasting my time and money going to school, because I would never use it in my life time. That was discouraging because it made me feel like I would never do anything more than work in fast food. Now I'm not saying that I could make myself something in fast food but I have bigger aspirations to go places beyond that. I love helping people I love being able to make a difference. I think I have a knack for assisting people and keeping them safe. I would like to think that I I do make a difference in our world. And even if it's just a ity bitty difference, I am still making a difference. Small ones lead to larger ones, which leads to a deeper impact and deeper meaning to those small steps. We have to start somewhere, with a good support system to be able to make these little Changes and watch the impact that you make over time. Watch as the impact you make grows over time and gets larger over time. You build repor to the community.

I personally suffer from ADHD and know how hard it it is to accomplish getting a degree. I want to help to show others that suffer from this that they can achieve anything that they dream. I want others to see that we can do it too. I believe that Anyone who suffers from any type of mental illness should have a fair shot to achieve anything they put their mind to. Trying to achieve a dream while dealing with ADHD or any othere mental illness without having some kind of support is challenging to us. We have to dig deeper to find the motivation, we have dig deeper to find what we need to achieve these dreams. I want to be able to make a difference in the next generation.
