"Live for today because tomorrow isn't promised' My mother would tell me that all the time as a child because I would always get mad about someone not much picking on me but others as well. I would consistently come home from school and complain about this person doing this or this person saying that it didn't matter what it was. and one day she told me, ''Miranda live for today because tomorrow isn't promised". Little did I know what that has meant until i had gotten older and had children of my own ages 12, 11 and 3. But when i lost my cousin who was also my best friend due to suicide I was devasted and wanted to give up but didn't because I know she would want me to live on and take care of my kids and live for today because tomorrow isn't promised. That's why I am in college for the 2nd time to start back on getting my PhD in Mental and Behavioral Psychology for Children and Adolescents.
