My go-to series is One Piece it captivated me growing up to be a peacemaker and to follow my dreams. The series breaks away from being silly adventure anime to go into deeper themes about racism, classism, and liberation. The series isn't about fights it's about building world-building. The characters are amazing the main cast has backstories that can make you believe and love them more than the main character. It's a colorful surprise with side characters that are fleshed out along with each island that the main crew travels to on their pirate journey. The main cast is also known for the family aspect they built throughout their adventure which unraveled itself quickly and was accepted just as quickly. The show is lighthearted and the style enhances the comedy by being so cartooney. Overall, the show explores a world and characters breaking the shonen genre limitations. It allows room for lore and time to grasp the whole story instead of rushing scenes until we're overwhelmed by information. I'm able to watch it over and over again because every time I find something I missed. I also love watching the characters develop and grow into their roles on the crew.

I'm applying for this scholarship because I am already paying for my tuition out of pocket working forty through fifty hours a week while still going to school from six am to twelve pm. This scholarship will also give me enough of a break to purchase tools that I will need once I graduate from UTI for collision repair. I originally joined because I wanted to become a painter, but going through the courses I began to enjoy collision repair as a whole from bodywork and welding to paint matching. I enjoy the whole process because I like being able to diagnose the problems and be able to solve them. I am currently working at a shop named Advanced Imports as a helper but I can do the prep work for all the cars and will help with installation of parts. Secondly, I work at Discount Tire as a technician and am beginning to work with customers and network on positions in shops.

While at school, I'll get as much hands-on training as I can along with guidance from my teachers to give myself a competitive edge in the work field. I plan to graduate in October, with all my certifications and either try to move up at my shop outside of a helper position or get into a new shop as a prepper/painter or a body tech. While working side jobs to start my own paint and body shop. I'd like to start my own business after learning all the ropes of running an automotive business from everyone around me. I am going to make an impact by pushing for more individualistic cars to express ourselves instead of the common cookie-cutter cars that resemble each other. I want to bring back cars coming from the factory with different body styles and paint jobs or by having a paint and body shop I'd be able to also do custom work and appeal to the regular consumer not only people involved in the community so it could become full circle to appreciate owning different cars and representing ourselves through our work. I would love this scholarship because it would allow me some room to breathe I'm nineteen working two jobs and going to school pursuing my dream career pathway. I believe I am a perfect candidate for this scholarship because of the work I've put into building my future and would appreciate any support I can receive.

Driving under the influence can have serious consequences on your life. In addition to facing court appearances and having a breathalyzer installed in your car, it can also ruin your social and work life. Furthermore, DUIs can negatively impact your relationships and emotional well-being. To avoid this, it's important to always have a designated driver or use a ride-sharing service like Uber or Lyft after drinking. It's also helpful to limit your alcohol intake and plan ahead for transportation. Don't put yourself and others at risk by driving under the influence.
